I don't know about you guys but I definitely did not use this winter to get serious in the gym for summer. Instead I had a couple surgeries and got more serious about treating myself which is fine!! I think it's more important to listen to our bodies and enjoy all life has to offer. Life happens and the gym will always be there. That being said I'm ready to lock in and practice more discipline because I know I can do hard things and I know the results are worth it.
This guide is set up for 4 intense lifts per week but please feel free to add an active rest day or a workout class of choice for a day 5. It is not necessary to see progress but can help speed it up. I recommend using the ccfit macro calculator in the nutrition tab to help with your diet and help you stay on track with your goals.
