Back again for a mini fall challenge!! We are starting off with four days of workouts per week and then switching it up to 3 full body days to finish. I always add a variety of cardio workouts to my guides and challenges so you don't get bored but please feel free to do whatever cardio you prefer. 20-30 minutes of walking daily is perfectly fine if you like to take your cardio outdoors or HIIT is tough on your joints. It's all about finding a routine that works for you!
