A brand new year and a brand new chapter to start chasing our goals!!For this guide, you'll need a few sets of dumbbells, one or two long loop resistance bands and one or two small loop resistance bands. The guide is set up for 4 days a week with two HIIT workouts throughout the week. You are free to swap these for a 20 minute steady state cardio machine workout if you would prefer. Take your rest days whenever you'd like and feel free to add an extra cardio day if desired.
